SALT LAKE CITY, UT - June 22, 2001 - Proving itself an innovator of
2.4 GHz high gain antenna technology, Luxul Corporation, Inc.
announces successful results of extensive testing and field trials in
residential and commercial campus build-out projects. The success of
these field trials in dense population areas paves the way for further
applications of antenna technology.

The field trials also proved the success of Luxul antenna technology
in overcoming such obstacles as concrete buildings, mountainous
terrain and tree penetration as well as demonstrating reduced noise
and stable performance in inclement weather conditions. Luxul antenna
technology proved a reduction of RF noise up to 30% compared to other
antenna technology as well as increased performance due to reduction
of multipath.

Luxul developed breakthrough antenna technology to successfully
propagate signal for wireless Internet access for multiple users
over large geographic areas in South Davis County, Utah. Covering more
than 55 square miles of business and residential based customers,
three hundred CPE devices were installed for broadband wireless
Internet access with speeds peaking at 2.5 Mbps via a trademarked
LuxNET campus network solution.

The wireless infrastructure cost of $6 per home passed and the
installation of the 6 cell sites within a few weeks are demonstrations
of the significant competitive advantages from the LuxNET systems.
The new breakthrough antenna technology also provides increased
performance at higher speeds and system reliability above 99.9% while
offering mobile capabilities.

In a WLAN setting, Luxul provided broadband connectivity and total
mobility in a concrete reinforced, multistory 67,000-square foot
building, linking government offices at the Center for Strategic and
International Studies, Washington, DC.

Luxul's first international contract is to provide wireless
Internet to tourists and residents in Nassau, Bahamas through Peace
Holdings, Inc.
