February 28, 2002 - Introducing HistoryWalker.com, the new online 
community for history lovers. On Saturday, April 6th, 2002, at 7:00PM 
EST, HistoryWalker.com, is going to present their 3rd original drama 
written, directed and played by the community members as a live event 
on the Java-based walkable map. (Find the preview at

What makes HistoryWalker so unique among the numerous Internet 
communities is their carefully designed map. It has major historical 
cities, such as Athens, Rome, Waset (Egypt) and MachuPicchu, for the 
members to explore and historical sites, such as the Acropolis, the 
Forum Romanum, and the Great Pyramids, to visit in order to feel the 
history and learn or just enjoy the environment with various degrees 
of interactivity. Members are asked to choose a city to live and there 
they create their customizable homes and gardens. Once their homes are 
set up, they start to live in their selected city, where they can 
receive mail or invite friends to chat or play games and quizzes. 

HistoryWalker.com is a growing community. Other historical cities are 
being worked on and new features are being introduced often.
